On 8 June 2004, an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania (NSEL) took place, during which the NSEL Supervisory Board was recalled and a new one was formed. The new NSEL Supervisory Board consists of Gert Tiivas, President of OMHEX Baltic Operations, Henri Bergström, OMHEX Senior Vice President of Baltic Operations, Guntars Kokorevics, President of Riga Stock Exchange, Jaanus Erlemann, HEX Tallinn Managing Director, Giedrius Steponkus, Director of Financial Brokerage Firm G. Steponkaus Kontora UAB.
In the first meeting of the NSEL Supervisory Board, held on 8 June 2004, Gert Tiivas was elected its chairman and Henri Bergström Vice Chairmen.
