This full exemption will be for the first 20 companies that meet the requirements and complete the documentations of listing before the end of September 30, 2026.
This cooperation is based on EGX Board of Directors’ decision issued at its session held on July 8, 2026. The exemption decision is conditioned that the companies should be nominated by MSMEDA as part of the existing partnership and cooperation protocol signed between the two sides.
The decision includes full exemption from administrative service fees of reviewing and studying companies’ requests submitted for listing on EGX, as well as fees of publishing financial statements, with applying the provisions of Capital Market issued by Law no. 95 for year 1992 and its executive regulations and decisions issued for their implementation.
As part of EGX’s efforts to facilitate procedures for SMEs, the decision stated that companies applying should submit business plans for the next three years, approved from the sponsor or one of the financial advisors licensed by FRA. These plans should include the targets set by the companies for expansion, capital increase, and expected profits, contributing to support the growth plans of SMEs.
According to this cooperation, MSMEDA allows to finance companies having approved financial statements from auditors licensed by FRA or CBE, to encourage companies to list on EGX.

Radwan added that this step comes within EGX’s plan to develop SMEs market, providing more incentives for promising companies to join the financial market, enhancing their ability to access diversified sources of finance and contribute to increasing listed companies base and boosting the role of the financial market in supporting national economy.

In addition to MSMEDA financing of companies that got approved statements from auditors licensed by FRA or CBE, aligning with MSMESA’s funding rules and regulations. This reinforces encouraging companies to list on EGX not affecting their chances of getting funds from MSMEDA.
The decision includes mechanisms of tracking implementation of future plans of benefiting companies through disclosure sector, contributing to ensure companies are proceeding according to their plans and achieving their targets. The decision also permitted repetition of exemption for other periods according to evaluating its results and the extent to which initiative targets are achieved.
