NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises that it has redeemed 3,846 NZX restricted shares pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results.
Following this redemption, the total number of NZX restricted shares on issue under the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results will be 993,848.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result of the redemption, The number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at 121,346,054.
