The SZSE recently has finished the 2009 information disclosure appraisal work in respect of the main board and SME board listed companies. The appraisal result showed that the quality of the information disclosure has improved as a whole.
51 companies listed on the SZSE main board finished excellent in the appraisal result. 46 companies listed on SME board got excellent in the appraisal result. According to the SZSE person in charge of the case, with respect to each disclosed item, the relevant departments of the SZSE made the dynamic scoring in terms of timeliness, accuracy, completeness and law and regulation compliance.
With respect to the companies which go relatively bad in the annual information disclosure work, the SZSE will make the follow-up special training on directors and board secretary of the said companies, at the same time, the SZSE will take other serious measures on the above companies. In addition, the SZSE will strengthen the regulation and crackdown on acts in violation of laws and regulations, including insider trading, market manipulation, for the purpose of practically upholding the market order and maintaining the market footstone of “openness, impartiality and fairness”.
The SZSE also released the name list of excellent companies in 2009 main board information disclosure appraisal, the name list of companies judged excellent in 2009 SME board information disclosure appraisal, the name lists of companies unqualified in 2009 main board and SME board information disclosure appraisal.
