Mackenzie Investments, a leading investment management firm headquartered in Toronto, announced the launch of 12 ETFs this week, all of which will be tracking Solactive benchmark indices. These indices are part of a growing range of Solactive benchmarks aimed at providing broad-based access to different segments of the equity and fixed-income markets with country, regional, and global exposure through market- cap-weighted strategies.
On the equity side, the underlying Solactive indices give access to diversified baskets of Canadian, US, and Developed Markets stocks, while on the fixed-income side, they provide exposure to Canadian bonds, US TIPS, and USD-denominated corporate bonds. With these launches, Solactive is strengthening its position as a worldwide provider of benchmarks, further extending its competitive offering in the Canadian market.
