TSE Approves Listing Of The 5 ETFS Metal Securities
The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) approved the listing of the 5 ETFS Metal Securities Series. The ETFs track the prices of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and precious metals baskets and are scheduled to be listed on Monday, August 24, 2009.

Bursa Malaysia, CME Group to Establish Strategic Partnership in Derivatives Markets
In line with the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato' Sri Najib Tun Abdul Razak's acknowledgement on Bursa Malaysia Berhad's (Bursa Malaysia) cooperative efforts with CME Group Inc (CME Group) to develop a robust derivatives market, the two exchanges announced today that they are working towards a collaboration involving trade matching services, product licensing and minor cross-equity investments. NSX Releases July 2009 ETF/ETN Data Report
National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NSX®) announced that assets in U.S. listed Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) and Exchange-Traded Notes (ETN) totaled approximately $649.9 billion at July 2009 month-end, an increase of approximately 8% over June 2009 month-end when assets reached $603.5 billion. At the end of July 2009, the number of listed products totaled 851, compared to 814 listed products one year ago.

NASDAQ OMX Introduces A Direct Options Data Feed - Direct Data Feed Offers Minimal Latencies To Subscribers
The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today introduced Top of PHLX Options (TOPO), a low latency options data feed that provides direct access to data from NASDAQ OMX PHLX(SM) (PHLX(R)). TOPO offers recipients the same information PHLX provides to the Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA) for inclusion in the consolidated market feed, without extra transmission and processing latencies.

FINRA Fines Credit Suisse $275,000 For Failing To Comply With Terms Of Global Research Analyst Settlement - Firm Failed To Make Independent Research Available To Its Customers
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced today that it has imposed a fine of $275,000 against Credit Suisse Securities (USA), LLC, for failing to comply fully with one of the key terms of the 2003 Global Research Analyst Settlement.
