    The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is launching a new section on its website (www.sfc.hk) today to encourage the public to help the SFC find individuals who are sought in relation to enforcement inquiries but cannot be traced. 

  • Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm Segment For Medium-Sized Enterprises - Subscription To The Third Air Berlin Issue Ends Early

    The subscription volume of EUR 100 million for the most recent bond issue from Air Berlin PLC was already reached on the third subscription day. The subscription period for the bond issue, which has a coupon of 11.5 percent and matures in three years, closed on Friday the 28th at 11.30 hours CET. Private and institutional investors had the opportunity to subscribe to the airline's new bond issue bond from 26 October 2011.

  • Shanghai Stock Exchange Launches All-Round Cooperation With BM&F BOVESPA

    The 2nd China-Brazil Capital Markets Forum, jointly sponsored by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and BM&F BOVESPA, was held on 27 October in Shanghai. SSE President Zhang Yujun said that the SSE would cement all-round cooperation in the capital markets of both sides with BM&F BOVESPA.
