Deutsche Börse: Subscription Starts For Gamigo AG Corporate Bond

Gamigo AG is planning to list a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN: DE000A1TNJY0 can be subscribed from today until 18 June, subject to early termination of subscription in case of high demand. The bond has an issue volume of up to €15 million with the possibility of an increase to €25 million. Subscription runs until 19 June 2018. The bond bears an interest rate of 8.5 percent and has a nominal denomination of €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 20 June 2013. The applicant is KochBank GmbH Wertpapierhandelsbank and the specialist SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.

“We are delighted that gamigo AG has chosen to list its corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. We aim to establish the Entry Standard for corporate bonds as a long-term financing alternative,” said Dr Cord Gebhardt, Head of Primary Markets at Deutsche Börse AG.

According to company sources, gamigo is one of the leading providers of free-to-play online games in Europe. More than ten million players have registered for the client and browser games. The Hamburg-based company employs around 80 permanent staff in total. In 2010 gamigo AG opened a branch office in New York.
