In an interview, the head of the member service department of DCE said that DCE has set up the Member Service Department / Futures Institution this year for the purpose of providing the most practical market service for all of its members and investors.
DCE Futures Institution adopted varied teaching modes including classroom lecture, case study , futures salon and practice for developing the ability of practical analyzing, dealing and improving the comprehensive professional skills of trainees.
Member service department will be carried out mainly in three fields this year: First, to classify its member companies according to region and type and set up an expedite opinion feedback mechanism for members and investors. Second, to offer pertinent service and solution in time for all kind of problems proposed by members and investors. Third, to launch varied and stimulating trainings and educational activities for members and investors via Futures Institution .
