Share Changes For Nokia Oyj And Vestas Wind Systems In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday 4 May 2006:
  • Nokia Oyj (Finland, SEDOL: 5902941, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45201020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will change to 4,092,424,442. This is following the cancellation of shares held by the company.
  • Vestas Wind Systems A/S (Denmark, Sedol: 5964651, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20104020), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices, shares will change to 185,204,103 following a capital increase via a private placement to institutional investors.
