Shanghai Gold Exchange: Notice On Market Risk Control During The 2026 Qingming Festival

In accordance with the holiday schedule of Qingming Festival, Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE) will be closed from April 4(Saturday) to April 6(Monday). There will be no night session trading session on April 3(Friday), and the market will resume on April 7 (Tuesday).

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) - Te Mana Tātai Hokohoko – has cancelled the Financial Advice Provider licence of Saanvi 2022 Limited (trading as Saaga Mortgages) (Saanvi) for failing to meet its licence obligations. The FMA began an investigation into Auckland based firm Saanvi following concerns raised by their aggregator1 Kiwi Advisor Network (KAN).

SEC Approves Amendment To NMS Plan To Further Reduce The Costs Of The Consolidated Audit Trail

The Securities and Exchange Commission today approved an amendment to the National Market System Plan governing the Consolidated Audit Trail (“CAT”) and provided exemptive relief from certain requirements of Rule 17a-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to allow for the implementation of various cost savings measures designed to meaningfully reduce the costs of the CAT while maintaining core regulatory functionality.
