Euronext BEL 20® Index - New Divisors

Following the 0.55 € extraordinary dividend payment by Belgacom, the current divisors of the BEL 20®-index will be replaced by the new divisors as published below, from Monday 18 April 2005 onwards:

On April 14 th , 2005, total trading volume on the Order-driven market of the JSC "RTS Stock Exchange" reached the all-time record of 1 billion rubles (36.7 million dollars), 22% higher than the previous record posted on April 12 th , 2005.

CME, the largest U.S. futures exchange, today announced it is enhancing its strategic planning and corporate development capabilities by naming Ann Shuman and Kendal Vroman as Co-Heads of Corporate Development. Scott Robinson, who currently serves as Managing Director, Corporate Development, is leaving CME to pursue other business interests.
Clearing And Settlement: First Meeting Of European Commission Expert Group On Fiscal Compliance Issues

The European Commission’s Clearing and Settlement Fiscal Compliance (“FISCO”) expert group is holding its first meeting in Brussels on 15 April 2005. The group, chaired by the Commission, will advise on the removal of fiscal compliance barriers to the clearing and settlement of cross-border securities transactions within the EU. It is composed of 15 high-level experts, mainly from private bodies.

Archipelago Holdings, Inc. (PCX: AX) today announced its March 2005 market transaction volume data for the Archipelago Exchange (ArcaEx®).
