TMX Group Limited today announced that Montréal Exchange achieved a record of 369,761 contracts traded on the Ten-Year Government of Canada Bond Futures contract (CGB) on November 26, 2012, which surpassed the previous record of 368,697 contracts traded that was established on May 24, 2007.
As of November 26, 2012, year-to-date volume on CGB increased 25% compared to2011 levels. Open interest was up 57% as of November 26, 2012 compared to November 26, 2011.
