Mr. Muni retains all of his responsibilities as corporate controller. His promotion increases his responsibilities in external financial reporting. Mr. Gibbons has overall responsibility for ISE's investor relations program.
"ISE is pleased to add Amit Muni and Thomas Gibbons to its officer team," said Gary Katz, ISE's Chief Operating Officer. "Their contributions and expertise will be instrumental in ISE's growth as a public company."
Mr. Muni joined ISE in July 2003 from Instinet Group Inc. where he was Vice President in their Finance Division. Prior to that, Mr. Muni was a Manager in the Capital Markets Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Muni also served in the accounting and internal audit departments of the National Securities Clearing Corp. Mr. Muni is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Pace University.
Mr. Gibbons joined ISE in January 2005. He previously was Vice President of Investor Relations for World Wrestling Entertainment. He also worked in a number of positions at Bankers Trust Company, including investor relations, investment banking and global markets businesses. Mr. Gibbons also worked for Joseph E. Seagrams in various financial and strategic planning roles, and at General Electric Company as a financial analyst. Mr. Gibbons is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Boston College.
