Effective Wednesday 1 December CMB (Next 150) will spin off Euronav. Following this spin-off, Euronav will be included in the Next 150 Index effective Wednesday 1 December 2004.
This adjustment is made in accordance with rule 6.3.5 of the groundrules for the Next 150 Index. Both securities resulting from the split, including the original stock, qualify for inclusion in the Next 150 index.
