NZX welcomes Kathmandu Holdings Limited to the NZSX Market today.
At a Listing Ceremony at the NZX Centre in Wellington this afternoon, representatives from Kathmandu and the Organising Participants of the Kathmandu Initial Public Offering, Macquarie Securities (NZ) Limited and Goldmans Sachs JBWere, will witness the listing and first trading activity of KMD shares on the NZSX Market.
NZX Markets Development Manager, Geoff Brown said, "This is a very important day for Kathmandu as they pursue plans for continued growth. This listing provides the company the opportunity to expand the business and store network in Australasia, and gives investors the opportunity to invest in an iconic business that New Zealanders recognise and are proud of."

Shares in Kathmandu will be quoted on the NZSX Market under the security code KMD from 1pm (NZT) today.
