HEX's Rationalisation Negotiations Concluded

HEX Plc has concluded rationalisation negotiations in its Corporate IT Development unit. As a result of the negotiations, 8 employees will be given notice. Furthermore, some fixed-term employment contracts will be discontinued and application maintenance work will be transferred from external service providers to personnel.

The negotiations were commenced in June because of the general market situation and decrease in internal development projects. The unit's staff of 80 was estimated to be reduced by 8-15 persons.
