Dr. Hans-Bernd Menzel has asked the Members of the Supervisory Board of European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) and European Commodity Clearing AG (ECC) to terminate the existing employment and the legal relationships to subsidiaries in best mutual agreement for personal reasons. The Members of the Supervisory Board have amicably agreed on this request.
The responsibility for his agendas will be taken by Members of the Management Board Iris Weidinger and Dr. Christoph Mura for the time being. In this framework Iris Weidinger will take responsibility for Corporate Communications and PR as well as Political Communications in addition to her tasks as Chief Financial Officer while Christoph Mura will be responsible for the strategic and legal department of EEX Group.
