Alan Paris, Principal of Financial Services at eClerx commented: “It is a fantastic endorsement of our people and our commitment to clients to be shortlisted for such important industry awards. This underscores not only our innovative client-driven approach, but also the consistent quality of our delivery teams around the world."

The NOA Award committee’s recognition of our strategic insight and the excellence of our service is indeed an honour. It is extremely gratifying to see our hard work translate into concrete results that benefit our clients. eClerx’s meticulous partnering approach is combined with industry-leading proprietary technologies, unique data modeling capabilities, data capture tools, and the design and deployment of a Quality Control Workflow. "Our approach at eClerx is intensely client-focused”, added Alan Paris. “Through the deployment of dedicated project managers, client-specific customised workshops, and the development of our unique ADAPT framework, we are able to improve both the efficiency and accuracy of the data capturing process, whilst improving availability and security.”

Scott Houchin, Managing Principal, Digital Division of eClerx. “It is a tremendous honour to be recognised by the National Outsourcing Association. Our nomination for Offshoring Project of the Year reflects our continuing drive for operational excellence, and our desire to develop new technology, such as our new social engagement frameworks, integral to our intensely client-focused approach.”

eClerx’s Social Influencer and Insights solutions allow clients to effectively and efficiently categorise and identify key social media insights. A leading consumer credit card firm on which these solutions were applied noticed an improvement of the sentiment accuracy by over 80%, and increased their customer engagement level by 30%. eClerx’s short-list nominations are the result of their commitment to industry-leading innovation and best-practices as embodied by the firm’s Sentiment Analyser which intelligently segregates social data to enable accurate and actionable social media insights.

“The National Outsourcing Association Awards are undoubtedly one of the highlights of our calendar, and a very prestigious award within the outsourcing industry,” said Kerry Hallard, CEO, NOA. “ Each year the competition for prizes becomes increasingly fierce, and so all the companies shortlisted should be congratulated on the quality of their submissions. The outsourcing Industry is hugely competitive, with a number of fantastically well-run companies providing truly innovative products, to be recognised by an independent panel of our peers is a great achievement.”
