Chicago Stock Exchange Names Paul Richards As Senior Vice President Of Sales And Customer Service

The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX)has announced the hiring of Paul Richards as senior vice president of Sales and Customer Service.

In this new position, Richards will be responsible for the leadership of CHX sales and customer service functions. He will report to Bob Forney, president and CEO.

"I am confident that Paul, a seventeen-year industry veteran, will add to the continued success of the CHX," said Forney, "Paul is a quality professional who understands the needs of retail and institutional investors. He will provide a strong voice in our management team that can speak to the needs of the investor."

Before joining the CHX, Richards served as senior vice president and managing director for Wachovia Investments Direct in Winston-Salem, N.C. While at Wahcovia, he directed sales, marketing, trading, service delivery, product development and systems implementations. Prior to joining Wachovia, Richards was regional branch sales manager at Olde & Company.

Richards, 39, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both psychology and geology from Syracuse University in New York.
