The EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has published its twelfth Report on the implementation of the Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas, which presents the analysis of the Agency for the transmission system of Italy.
The Report analyses the consultation document published by the Italian National Regulatory Authority (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia, Reti e Ambiente - ARERA). The Agency has a few recommendations for the final decision that ARERA will take by May 2019. Find out more here.
